It's Been A While....

SO I just got an email from Xanga stating they missed me lol so here I am...thinking about what I wanted to write about on here. Um...

Well, back to the clay grindstone I guess, gotta get 20 pieces done before march 5th, luckily I've gotten two done but they're only the small ones lol, gotta do from 2 lbs to 20 lbs. It'll be an adventure lol. More projects for my other art classes, but those aren't due until sometime around valentine's day, so I have a little while yet.

What else...? I've lost my case where I have all my GC games, been tearing my room a part trying to find it and, oh no, its just up and gone...I have no idea where it could be now.

My car got so cold one night it wouldn't even turn over, I thought that the battery was dead but the next tday when I was about to go and get another battery it started up. I guess -30 winds and the car doesn't want to move either.

Anyways, that's about it I think, nothing too exciting lol. Hoping that this'll make xanga not miss me.

School school school

   So its the last week of classes and guess what? They gave us a ton to deal with just because they seem to want to see how many students they can kill from stress in five days. I know eveyone is feeling it, projects, papers, last minute presentations, you name it they seem to whip it out to help add to your level of fun. I have two more projects currently to finish, accomplishing since monday a paper, a presentation, a sketchbook, two art projects (drawings) and a painting 2ft by 5ft. I still have two other projects for printmaking to finish before friday and I should be working on both of them but I need a break from school to sit and watch the sun go down.

   I gotta call from Emi yesterday while she was at the airport wandering and trying to kill some time and I'm so happy I did. Hopefully she's having a blast in London, or sleeping right now since there's a 7-8 hour difference or better yet having fun tonight after her 8 hour plane ride. Lets hope everything is going smoothly .

  Anyways, I gotta get working away again,

Blah Blah Blah

  So this valentine's day I got several candies to snack on from my friends and roommates! I also got from Artemis a great package with a stuffed monkey named "Smoochy love lips" who is my current profile pic on facebook lol. I also got The Lake House which is one of my favorite movies with Keanu mmm. Currently I'm going to do some small cleaning but I was thinking about playing some videogames before running off to painting, Star Fox Adventures for the GameCube is one of my favorite games and so is Paper Mario the Thousand Year Door so maybe I'll play one of those. Onto cleaning and listening to my new CD lol (blaring the happy feet song!).

STAR FOX!

  I've found my calling again...and it is indeed Starfox lol. I'm also getting re-aquainted with Phantom of the Opera although I think I'll watch it once and stop lol. So I got my paper back, my last classes for this semester are tomorrow and then onto finals week where I have two papers due, 6 paintings, a written exam and an oral exam. I have almost all 6 paintings done but I can't find one...its making me nervous because that's my first final on monday and I need all 6 to get full credit, but I'm not sure if my professor took it and just kept it or not.

  I tried to make a ring for my brother for Christmas but I didn't have enough silver so I just made a pendant instead and a black cord so it won't be a girly chain. For my sister I'm almost finished with a scarf and hopefully a bracelet with glass beads (not a chain either, just some pretty mahogany colored cord as well). For my mother I bought her a Josh Groban CD and for my dad I think I'm going to give him one of my paintings from this semester and a rubber ducky as tradition in my family on his side anyway. I won't mention anything else since I know those four don't read my xanga but others with presents do lol.

Since I've been yelled at

  I decided that since a certain someone was telling to to update that I should. What do I have to say? Most of my stress is gone, I turned in a take home exam, got all my Teachers Ed hours done, wrote my field experience paper and finished and turned in my collaborative paper (even though my group was being a bunch of lazy slobs). I've been painting a lot, but that's because I'm in a painting course lol. So far I've done four finished paintings and am working on the fifth, for a total of six done in the semester.

  Thankgiving break is just around the corner, a weekend with PRAXIS for me and a trip to get some fishy stuff for my aquarium and finishing more homework aka reading a book that I really don't want to and writing a lesson plan to turn in on tuesday. I also have something else I'm not thinking of...most likely another project.

  I got into all the classes I wanted for registering for next semester and now I'm sitting around waiting for the morning to come...I'm hoping to get a good enough score on my PRAXIS to not take these again, but just in case i know when I can take them again coming up soon, but spending that money is not what my parents need either.
